I am a Londoner who is enthusiastic and passionate about my home town, I'd love to show you both the famous sights and the little known gems of this wonderful area especially

*the City of London where it all began 2,000 years ago. Not only the leading global financial centre with post modern buildings such as the Gherkin and but also Roman remains, beautiful churches by Christopher Wren and medieval alleyways.

*the City of Westminster, the royal and political heart of London.See Buckingham Palace, the Changing of the Guard, the 'parish church' of Britain - Westminster Abbey with its breathtaking architecture, medieval tombs and Poets' Corner.

* Southwark, south of the City where medieval Londoners went for their entertainment, galleried coaching inns and the pool of London where the tall tea clippers brought their cargo into London

As well as a Blue Badge Guide, I am also a qualified City of London Guide and am very proud to be a Freeman of the City. My qualifications include an honours degree in English Language, Literature and Classical History and a post graduate degree in Speech and Language.
